CANAPÉS - Small appertizers for guests as they enter your event or for later on the dance floor. We recommend 4 Canapé options for guests to enjoy between 3-5 canapés each

BUFFET - Choose 7 options (Mains and/or dessert) for guests to enjoy a variety of dishes. Chafing dishes included if required

BOWLED SERVICE - Large bowls of each dish is delivered to individual tables by waiters* for guests to serve themselves. Choose 7 options from our menu

A LA CARTE - A lavish three course meal for your guests served by waiters for your guests culinary pleasure
